Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using any service provided by Rubsang IT Solutions ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), you ("User", "Client", or "you") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and any additional guidelines or policies referenced herein.
If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of a business or legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms. If you do not have such authority, or if you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our services.
Important: These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Rubsang IT Solutions. Please read them carefully. Continued use of our platform constitutes acceptance of any updated Terms.

User Accounts & Registration
To access our services, you must register for an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
Acceptable Use Policy
You agree to use our services only for lawful business purposes and in a manner consistent with all applicable laws and regulations in India and your jurisdiction. The following uses are strictly prohibited:

Payment & Billing
Access to paid features of our platform is subject to the subscription plan selected at sign-up or as subsequently agreed in writing. All prices are stated in Indian Rupees (INR) and are exclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise.
Intellectual Property
All software, algorithms, interfaces, branding, and content comprising the Rubsang IT Solutions platform are the exclusive intellectual property of Rubsang IT Solutions and are protected under applicable Indian and international intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use our platform solely for your internal business purposes during your active subscription. You may not copy, modify, distribute, resell, or create derivative works from our platform or its components.
Your content: You retain full ownership of your business data, customer information, and any content you upload to our platform. By using our services, you grant us a limited licence to process that data solely to deliver the service.
Data & Privacy
Your use of our platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By agreeing to these Terms, you also agree to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.
As a business client, you are responsible for ensuring that your use of our AI messaging service — including the messages sent to and from your customers — complies with applicable data protection laws, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (India), and Meta's Platform Terms.
You warrant that you have obtained all necessary consents from your end-customers to process their messages through our platform and that those customers are aware their queries may be handled by an automated AI system.
Third-Party Services
Our platform integrates with third-party services including Meta (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp), Tally Solutions, SAP Business One, and cloud infrastructure providers. Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective terms and policies of those third parties.
Rubsang IT Solutions is an independent service provider and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially partnered with Meta Platforms, Tally Solutions Pvt. Ltd., or SAP SE. All third-party product names and trademarks are the property of their respective owners.
We are not liable for any downtime, policy changes, or access restrictions imposed by third-party platforms that affect your ability to use our integrated services.
Disclaimers & Warranties
Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Rubsang IT Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, arising from your use of or inability to use our services.
Our total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total subscription fees paid by you in the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
These limitations apply whether liability arises in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. You may cancel your subscription through your account dashboard or by contacting us at contact@rubsang.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately and without notice if you breach any provision of these Terms, violate applicable laws, or engage in conduct that could harm other users or our platform. Upon termination, your access to the service will cease and your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Guwahati, Assam, India.
Before initiating legal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation for a period of 30 days from the date the dispute is first raised in writing.
Changes to Terms
We may revise these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered users by email and update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Changes take effect 14 days after notification unless you object in writing.
Your continued use of our services after the effective date of any revision constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using our services and cancel your account before the changes take effect.
